CC, UT & SUU

My lack of posting last week can be attributed to a week spent in good ol' Cedar City, UT....

Chad, I & Kel headed to Cedar City two weekends ago to celebrate Chad's Dad's birthday. Happy Birthday Don! Chad came back to Las Vegas last Sunday and Kel & I spent the week in CC, UT. I was busy, busy, busy at work all day for our Yearly Planning Retreat. Think of it -- 8 hours a day around a table in the Loft at Juniper Hall reveiwing our past year & planning for next. Gratefully, lots of snacks, good friends & Dr. Pepper were involved! I even learned how to play Pickleball -- a new game that is a combination of tennis & ping-pong. Kinda fun! Thank you to Grandma Marchant for watching Kel all week for me.

Got home and this last weekend and Chad was in charge of the Southern Nevada SUU Alumni BBQ. Fun was had by all. Good to see some ol' faces -- Amanda Swinn & always fun to hang out with Paul & Kaydee Shakespear.

It's been all SUU the last few days. Go Thunderbirds!

[Sorry there are no pics -- My computer[s] have been acting up and freeze everytime I try to add a pic. Just imagine that red mountain in the background of the SUU campus for visual purposes!]

[Another sorry to those in CC, UT and along the I-15 path that we didn't have a chance to see. I was go, go, go the entire time I was there with family & work commitments. We will catch you next time!]
